Privacy notice (KVKK)

Data we process

• Identity and contact: your name and phone number that you send us via WhatsApp, phone or in writing
• Request details: the listing you are interested in and the content of your messages
• Technical data: connection information such as the IP address your browser sends when viewing the site

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your information requests, conduct discussions about listings and fulfil our legal obligations, on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Transfer and retention

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. If you write via WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for the period required by the relevant legislation; after that it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. For display, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and, on listing pages, the map from OpenStreetMap; these services may see your IP address when connecting. Your language and light/dark mode choices are stored only in your browser.

Maps

The map on listing pages shows only the approximate area; the exact location of the property is not published.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, and to object.
